It is essential for the Library to have the ability to increase web services, add research databases, and stay on the cutting edge with the latest advances in database information technology. In 2007-08, the Library's homepage, which is accessible worldwide via the Internet, had over 119 million "hits." In addition, the Library offers more than 100 research databases that were accessed in excess of one million times last fiscal year. Contributions to the New Technologies Fund help the Foundation to support advances in technology.
