THE LIBRARY FOUNDATION
The Library Foundation seeks volunteers to help in its offices at Central Library and at special events such as author readings, fundraisers, and the Gregory Peck Reading Series.

LIBRARY STORE
The Library Store at the Central Library seeks enthusiastic volunteers to help sell a wide range of specialty merchandise, including gifts for readers and writers, signed books, Los Angeles Public Library merchandise, and unique gift items including jewelry, educational toys, and stationery. All proceeds benefit the Library.

In addition to attending special events, volunteers assist with a variety of tasks ranging from helping customers, to gift wrapping, and arranging display cases. A minimum commitment of three hours per month is required.

LOS ANGELES PUBLIC LIBRARY
Volunteering at the Los Angeles Public Library connects you with the world of literacy, cultural diversity, and learning. Rewarding opportunities exist at the Central Library and branch facilities.
