Bibliophiles
The Bibliophiles is an honorary organization that recognizes the generosity of individuals who, during their lifetimes, include the Library Foundation of Los Angeles in their estate plans.
A planned gift to the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, in your will or estate plan, helps support the Los Angeles Public Library and its efforts to create a more literate and informed community. Your gift will help provide resources for future generations of library users, and you may receive substantial financial benefits and tax savings.
Bibliophiles receive:
- An invitation to an annual event honoring the Bibliophiles;
- Invitations to Library Foundation special events;
- A subscription to the Library Foundation eNewsletter;
- Acknowledgement in the Library Foundation/Los Angeles Public Library Annual Report.
Become a member by doing one or more of the following:
- Name the Library Foundation as a beneficiary of a bequest through your will or living trust;
- Establish a charitable trust or charitable gift annuity to benefit the Library Foundation;
- Make a gift of real estate, life insurance, retirement plan, or personal property.
