Treasures of Los Angeles

The Annenberg Gallery displays some of the extraordinary materials collected by the Los Angeles Public Library since its founding in 1872. Featuring the hidden "treasures" of the library, mementos on view provide a fascinating view of Los Angeles through the years. From maps and photos that document our changing city to colorful restaurant menus and theatre programs of yesteryear, the library has collected gems of popular culture and historical significance that offer a colorful look back.
