Young Literati's Annual Toast was a smashing success!
Over 300 people attended this cocktail party at the Ace Gallery in Beverly Hills. Celebrities such as Adrian Pasdar, James Franco, and Bradley Whitford, among many others, read from their favorite authors. The setting was only enhanced by the outstanding portrait photography of Martin Schoeller that was on display. The event grossed $80,000 and all proceeds raised will be used to provide much-needed technology upgrades to the Los Angeles Public Library's Pacoima Branch Library, which is situated among 18 schools and serves a staggering 75,000 people.
