Stay Home and Read a Book Ball is one of the Library Foundation’s most popular annual events. Instead of getting dressed up and hitting the town, the Foundation invites "attendees" to do what the event title suggests: stay home, read a book, and have a ball!

Proceeds benefit the Foundation's cultural and educational outreach programs including the award-winning lecture series ALOUD at Central Library.
